Your wedding deserves stationery that is as distinctive and memorable as your love story. With Maria Rett Paperie, you’ll enjoy a complete experience where every detail is taken care of for you. I take time to understand your vision and translate it into meaningful, cohesive designs that carry through from your invitations to your wedding day details. The process is seamless, allowing you to focus on celebrating while I create paperie that feels timeless and uniquely yours. The result is wedding paperie that not only sets the tone for your day but becomes a keepsake to treasure forever.

4. Production

5. Assembly & Mailing

The process begins with your inquiry. After receiving your questionnaire form, I’ll ask a few more thoughtful questions to learn more about your needs and vision. I encourage my couples to schedule a call to discuss your ideas.

After our initial call, I will prepare a custom proposal for you based on your budget and desires. I will also provide visual inspiration as well as upgrade options. After the proposal is approved, you will be sent a contract and a 50% retainer fee will be due.

The fun part begins! I will provide a design mockup to you within a week after your contract is signed and the retainer is paid. This mockup will show you the full design of your invitation suite to help you see what it will look like in real life. Up to five rounds of revisions are offered.

Once you are completely happy with your invitation suite design, the remaining 50% will be due prior to printing and ordering supplies. Production can take 4-12 weeks depending on print methods, materials used, etc.

After I receive all of the materials and paper goods, I will meticulously assemble each invitation suite by hand. Lastly, I will hand deliver your assembled invitation suites to the post office.

After the celebration is over, there are few tangible pieces of your wedding day that remain. Your wedding invitations are one special part of your wedding that lasts as an heirloom keepsake. As an MRP couple, my gift to you is a beautiful keepsake suite of your wedding invitations dressed to the nines. I include all of the embellishments you love, even if we didn't use them for the invitations we mailed to your guests. This includes, chiffon silk ribbon, wax seals, hand calligraphy, and vintage postage. Your wedding suite with all of these stunning details are housed in a linen keepsake box that you can use on your wedding day for photos as well as to display in your home.

I recommend reaching out as early as you can in the wedding planning process! Some projects take longer than others depending on so many factors such as the print methods, embellishments, and artwork. I recommend starting the design process 4-6 months prior to your wedding date.

When should I order my invitations?

We don't have a minimum quantity, however, we do have a minimum budget as noted above.

What is the minimum quantity?

Every wedding is unique and many factors make up the cost of your wedding invitations such as quantity, print method, embellishments, etc. The average MRP couple invests $3,000 - $6,000 on their wedding invitation suites. Please note that we do have a minimum investment of $2000 regardless of quantity.
